Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Track reports and progress towards established goals.
- Maintain compliance with office and state/federal regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary and commission based on production.
Base salary is dependent on your experience and/or prior performance in a sales position.
Base range (pre-commission) starts at $36k, with experienced candidates earning as much as $55k.
Annual commissions range from $12k/year with high performing candidates earning as much as $60k in addition to their base salary.
