ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to deliver exceptional service to our clients, manage accounts, and foster great relationships with industry partners.

Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful when it comes to identifying solutions & maintaining efficiency.
This role is an administrative position that interacts heavily with clients, industry partners, and the general public.

Success in this role relies on your ability to comprehend trained procedures, complete account transactions with minimal to no errors, great attention to detail, and presenting prompt solutions to inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers warmly in person or over the phone.
Resolve phone or email inquiries while following strict follow up deadlines.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and text messages from clients and industry partners.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.

Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Manage accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
Identify gaps in accounts and promptly alert agents and staff upon discovery.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role in professional office settings such as banks, legal offices, medical offices etc.
Computer proficiency with office systems such as Outlook, Salesforce, CRM Systems, Microsoft Suites etc.
Ability to multi-task without compromising attention to detail.
Professional communication skills and business acumen.
Ability to work independently without needing constant supervision or micromanagement.
Prior sales experience or experience working with commissioned sales associates.

LICENSING:
Attaining an insurance license is mandatory for this position. Company sponsorship is provided for qualified candidates. 

Compensation dependent on experience.
Compensation: $34,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
